Hello Winemakers, 　

The Spring harvest has officially begun in Chile! Please see below for all information regarding our Chilean and South African Spring Harvests.

South Africa:
Our Pinotage will be arriving very soon. We are thinking as soon as the first week in April! Which would be perfect timing as our South African Grower and Winemaker will be at our store for a meet and greet event on Monday April 2^nd ! Click HERE for more details.  The Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are on their way as well. They should arrive in mid to late April. More information regarding the South African harvest can be found HERE.

Juice Varieties: Shiraz, Merlot, Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc

Spring Bootcamps:

Our South African Bootcamp will begin Saturday April 7^th. There are still spots available if you would like to make wine from South Africa. Our Chilean Bootcamp begins May 19^th and is almost full. Give Christina a call or send her an email to sign up for the best hands-on winemaking class in New England!

Chilean Arrival Info:

The Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc are being Harvested. Check out our video HERE.  The red grapes will start to harvest at the end of March. We should see the Pinot Noir and Merlot harvest first, arriving around the first week in May, with the Carmenere, Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Malbec, and Syrah starting to harvest a week later. You should see the later red varieties start to arrive around May 15^th.
