South African Grower and Winemaker Visiting CT!
We would like to invite you to meet our South African Grower and Winemaker Grettchen van der Merwe. Grettchen will be talking about how to work with her grapes, specific yeasts she suggests, and other winemaking information. Feel free to bring questions and samples for her to try of wines you have made in the past. She will be at our store Monday April 2nd from 1:00PM to 6:00PM.
