  • We have processes, including press types, in place to handle both reds and white and in an appropriate fashion.
  • We maintain a sanitary environment
  • You'll leave M&M with prepared must or juice - ready for fermentation.

Schedule:

M&M will establish the schedule for providing crush/press services based upon product arrival.

To Take Advantage of These Services:

  1. Pre-order grapes and request your desired service options.
  2. If you choose to supply your own containers, prepare the storage vessels ahead of time; taking care to clean them well.
  3. Keep in mind that crushed grapes take up more volume in the vessel than pressed grape juice. You'll want to be certain you have enough vessels for your purchase.
  4. Consider vessel sizes that will be easy to offload once at your winemaking facility.
  5. CONTAINERS MUST BE DROPPED OFF AHEAD OF TIME AND LABELED WITH YOUR NAME
  6. Remember, if you choose to supply your own containers and they are not clean, we will automatically clean them and assess a cleaning fee.

M&M is not responsible for vessels brought in from the outside that may in some way affect the grapes, juice, or resultant wine. Take care in your selection of vessels. You may wish to check out the Juicegrape.com InfoBase on caring for your fermentation vessels.
